Rhino Tool House announces acquisition of C Tek Lean Solutions, Inc.

CONCORD, N.C. – Rhino Tool House (“RTH”) is pleased to announce that it has acquired C Tek Lean Solutions, Inc. (“C Tek”) based in Mooresville, North Carolina.

C Tek designs and assembles custom lean solutions for manufacturing, distribution, and light assembly applications through products from its four brands, EZ Build, Aluminum Systems, American Pro-Pipe, and Square Tube System. C Tek’s solutions may include a combination of work stations, flow racks, storage racks, carts, and information boards.
