Wincove creates long-term capital appreciation for its shareholders by partnering with business owners, entrepreneurs and management teams to build market-leading companies.

We started our business in 2008 after working together for many years. We initially invested as a pledge fund and later launched Wincove Private Holdings, LP (“WPH”), a holding company with a permanent equity capitalization. WPH’s current portfolio consists of nine businesses.
